Bat Removal

We discovered that we had bats in our soffit. After doing some research, I contacted Buggs and spoke with Mike. He answered his phone on the first call and was at my house within an hour. He inspected our house to find the opening and also to confirm we didn’t have any other openings. He was very thorough in the inspection, even checking our attic. He caulked part of the opening and installed a one way trap (they could get out but not back in). The bats were gone within a day but he left the one way trap installed for a few days to make sure. He showed up a few days later, remove the trap and caulked the remainder of the area. No bats were harmed.
